Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Social Beauty Club (socialbeautyclub.com) collects when you visit the site, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

  • Visit data: like most websites, our server keeps standard logs with your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. These logs help us keep the site working and secure.
  • Comments: if you leave a comment, we store your name, email address, optional website, the comment itself, your IP address and browser details. Your email address is never shown publicly.
  • Emails you send us: if you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

We do not ask for or store payment details, and we do not run a newsletter or user accounts for readers.

Cookies

If you tick “Save my name, email, and website in this browser” when you comment, WordPress sets cookies so you do not have to type your details again next time. These cookies last for one year. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

Services we use

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and pages viewed so we know which articles are useful. Cloudflare describes it as privacy-first analytics that does not use cookies to track you.
  • Google Fonts provides the fonts on our pages. Your browser loads them from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
  • Gravatar shows profile pictures. If you comment, a scrambled code (hash) made from your email address may be sent to Gravatar to check whether you have a picture there.
  • WordPress.org may supply emoji images, which your browser loads from WordPress servers.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep data

Comments and their details are kept for as long as the comment stays on the site. Emails are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your message. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (for example, your comments). Email us at [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we can. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.

Children

This site is meant for adults and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our articles may link to other websites. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data, so please read their privacy policies.
